Guided by our evaluative framework, we prioritize vendors and other partnerships that: 

• Align with the mission and values of Lyrasis and its members; 
• Address the needs of library and scholarly communities in unique or innovative ways;
• Advance more open and collaborative scholarly communication ecosystems;
• Achieve sustainability as an organization and a Lyrasis partner; and
• Adhere to best-in-class licensing and technical standards.
