Denver Public Library

Denver Public Library has hosted with Lyrasis since 2016. We could not have handled the migration of our legacy data without them. Since then we have improved our game - adding digital object records, developing streamlined born-digital descriptions, and now collecting analytics about our ASpace instance. Along the way, the Lyrasis team helped us solve technical glitches and advised us whenever we needed help.

Center for Jewish History

The Center for Jewish History implemented ArchivesSpace, on behalf of our five Partner institutions, in 2019. Alongside migrating thousands of encoded finding aids into ArchivesSpace, Lyrasis assisted us with navigating the infrastructure and complexities of establishing six repositories in a shared, hosted instance that we could all collaborate within. Lyrasis has provided responsive support as a vendor and aided tremendously with our growth as a consortial institution. Since our implementation, we have collectively increased from 3,500 described archival collections to over 5,600 collections—all searchable in our centralized portal archives.cjh.org.

Industrial Archives and Library

We’ve been using Lyrasis hosting since day one in 2017 and couldn’t be happier in all aspects of the service. There have been two problems in that time that were resolved quickly and with strong communication throughout the resolution. For a small shop with limited IT resources I couldn’t recommend hosting with Lyrasis [more] for both ease of use and peace of mind that our data is being taken care of.
