Takeya McLaurin is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lyrasis, a non-profit organization serving and supporting libraries, archives, museums, and cultural heritage organizations around the world. Prior to assuming this role, Takeya held a variety of HR leadership roles at Virginia Commonwealth University. She has also previously served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Richard Bland College of William & Mary. Takeya holds two professional HR certifications (SHRM-CP and PHR), a B.S. in Business Administration from Old Dominion University and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology. In May of 2023, she obtained a Doctorate degree in Education from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Doneisha Harris joined Lyrasis in February 2019. Her professional journey has showcased her proficiency in a wide range of skills. These competencies, coupled with her PHR certification, equip her with extensive knowledge and experience in her capacity as HR Manager. Originally from Los Angeles, CA, she relocated to the Atlanta area in 2007. Beyond her professional endeavors, Doneisha finds pleasure in traveling and gaining new experiences, reading a good book, and building a lifetime of memories with her family.

Jocelyn J. Jones moved from Orlando, FL to Atlanta, GA in November 2017. She studied Communications and Human Resource Management at Olivet College and Park University respectively. She previously worked in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Management; Training and Development; Corporate Event Planning, and Sales roles throughout her professional career. Jocelyn is has been a member of the Lyrasis organization as of November 20, 2017. She brings a diversity of skill-sets, knowledge and experience to theHR Administrator, Recruiting & Operations  position. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, she brings the flair of Motown, love of music, culture, and great food to the Peach state of Georgia. She is a writer, inspirational speaker, and interested in all things that empower and inspire humanity to thrive!
