Michelle M. Tiller, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Michelle brings 18 years of nonprofit leadership experience to her role at Lyrasis, where she heads a strong Fiscal Department team and is the primary financial analyst, advisor, and spokesperson for the organization. She holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, graduated from General Electric’s Financial Management Program, and is an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
LaShelle Corker, Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist
LaShelle Corker has been with Lyrasis since 2009 and currently serves as the Accounts Payable Specialist at Lyrasis. LaShelle holds a BA in Accounting and has 20+ years of experience in accounting working with small business owners, developers, and loan officers. In her personal time she enjoys reading and team sports.
Janice Marler, Sr. Staff Accountant
Janice Marler has been a part of the Lyrasis Fiscal Team for 37 plus years and has served in many different fiscal positions. She currently serves as Senior Accountant and stays focused on the General Ledger, Financial Statements, Cash Management, Financial Report for Grants, and Payroll. She holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University and enjoys reading and walking in her spare time.
John McGarl, Treasurer
John McGarl has been with Lyrasis since 2009 and currently serves as Interim CFO. He leads an experienced Fiscal Dept. team made up of A/P, A/R, General Ledger and Payroll Specialists. John and his team provide back office functions not only for Lyrasis but also other institutions and associations. He and his capable staff can provide fiscal services including financial reporting, grant management, billing, collections, tax preparation and event registration management.Prior to Lyrasis, John served in different Controllership and Treasurer positions in the Private Equity and Consumer Finance Industries. He holds a BA in Finance from the University of GA and is an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). In his spare time he enjoys fishing and tennis.
